The villa is just outside Žminj, on the Žminj–Lindar road, and ideally located for exploring the whole region. Shops, restaurants, the post office and a bank are all close by. The villa itself is in an isolated and perfectly relaxing spot — ideal if you treasure privacy and peace and quiet, yet you can make all the noise in the world and nobody would mind. The coast with its big tourist centres is just a short drive away, as is Pula airport. Istria is well connected and has an excellent, uncrowded road network.
